受COVID-19疫情的影响，越来越多的团队开启了远程工作模式，少了面对面沟通这一道在团队协作中非常重要的环节，如何保证协作的顺畅与效率，成了许多公司及团队关注的重点。

除了人员本身的能力素质之外，一件趁手的协作工具也是必不可少的。

Slack

说到团队协作应用，Slack应该最具知名度的应用之一。

Slack的诞生也是属于无心插柳柳成荫，最初是为了开发一个大型游戏而服务于内部团队的，结果游戏失败了，Slack却成功了。Slack的创始人也是Flickr创始人，嗯，Flickr也是属于游戏没做成功，结果团队内部工具做成了Web 2.0时代最知名的相册应用。

Slack以沟通为主，但是集成各种其它工具应用，基本上一个团队协作所需的功能都囊括了。

Quill

Slack的挑战者，创始人Ludwig Pettersson来自Stripe前创意总监，所以设计上很精美。

Discord

Discord从最初一个文字语音聊天应用，到今天已经发展成为基于兴趣的互联网社区。

一些创业公司会在Discord上建立频道以用作与用户交流的社区。

Asana

以看板任务管理出名的项目管理应用。

Notion近两年以火箭般的速度迅速窜红，让被Evernote折磨的用户有了新的更好的选择。

做为一款全能型的笔记应用，笔记、任务管理、数据库、日历提醒等功能一应具全，但是恰到好处不显臃肿，新人刚上手时会有点小懵，熟悉之后会感觉非常的棒，无论是个人或是团队协作，都是非常好的选择。

这是我目前唯一在用的个人与团队协作文档工具。
